Senator Kennedy Attends Greater Merrimack Valley Convention and Tourism Bureau Annual Conference

State Senator Ed Kennedy attended the Annual Tourism Conference sponsored by the Greater Merrimack Valley Convention and Visitors Bureau on Tuesday, June 13 at the UMass-Lowell Inn and Conference Center. The conference featured keynote remarks by Lieutenant Governor Kim Driscoll followed by a panel discussion on tourism that was moderated by Charles Stefanini of Charles Stefanini Consulting Group. The panel consisted of State Representative Mindy Domb, State Senator Paul Mark and State Senator Ed Kennedy.

State Senator Paul Mark and State Representative Mindy Domb are the co-chairs of the Joint Committee on Tourism, Arts and Cultural Development. State Senator Ed Kennedy was formerly the senate chair of the joint committee for a four-year period from 2019 to 2022. Although he is no longer the senate chair, Ed Kennedy is still a current member of the Joint Committee on Tourism, Arts and Cultural Development.
