State Senator Ed Kennedy was at the Greater Lowell Pride Festival at Kerouac Park on Saturday, June 3. In previous years the Greater Lowell Pride Festival has been held on warm, sunny days. However, the year June 3 was overcast with cool temperatures and occasional rain. Despite the less than perfect weather, the 2023 Pride Festival drew a large crowd.
This year’s festival featured several food trucks, booths and displays provided by community organizations. Entertainment was provided by Mizery’s Divas of Mischief, Dionicio Alexander, The Party Band, Cirque de Light, and Bubbles McGee.
