State Senator Ed Kennedy was honored to be sworn in for his third term representing the First Middlesex State Senate District on Wednesday January 4th, 2023. The ceremony was presided over by Governor Charlie Baker as one his last acts as Governor. This tradition marks the official start of the 193rd General Court of the Commonwealth.
