State Senator Ed Kennedy was at the STEM Academy in Lowell on Tuesday, May 2 to meet with teacher Kyle Haley and his eighth grade social studies class. During the visit the class engaged in a lively discussion on homelessness, substance abuse and treatment, and ideas for remedial legislation to eradicate homelessness and substance abuse.
