Today marked the official start of white-water rafting season in Lowell! Each year the Lowell Parks and Conservation Trust partner with Zoar Outdoor to provide a unique urban white-water rafting experience. During the natural spring run-off of rain and melting snow, the Concord River swells and produces class 3 and 4 rapids. Rafting is available every Saturday and Sunday at 9am and 1pm through the end of May.
