Zoe Arthur Dzineku Named Constituent Services Director

Sen. Ed Kennedy is proud to announce he has named Zoe Arthur Dzineku, of Lowell, his new Constituent Services Director.

“I am excited to have Zoe on the team,” said Sen. Kennedy. “She has been a leader in the community for many years, where she has formed countless beneficial relationships and a deep knowledge of the First Middlesex District. Her organizational skills, customer service background, and ability to relate to and work with people from all backgrounds will be a huge asset our office.”

Dzineku holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science/Legal Studies from UMass Amherst and a paralegal certificate from Northeastern University.

She is an entrepreneur and small business owner, serving as president of Rosebud Staffing, Inc., an agency providing temporary workers for the dental, healthcare, and construction industries.

Dzineku previously worked as an administrator for Paramount Healthcare Services, and held several positions at Comcast over a 15-year career ranging from customer care associate to senior analyst where she honed her customer service skills and attention to detail.

She is the president of the Africa America Alliance, sits on the boards of the African Cultural Association of Lowell and the Merrimack Valley Project, and has served on the Lowell Election Commission since November 2018.

“I am very excited and honored to have this position,” Dzineku said. “It is an amazing way to give back to the community by being a conduit between the community and Senator Kennedy’s office. This is a dream. I cannot wait to serve.”

A favorite quote, which she plans to keep in mind while executing job duties is one by Nelson Mandela: “It always seems impossible until it’s done.”

Dzineku took on her new role at the State House on March 9.
